Participants will be able to:

• Prepare to pass the certification Exam.
• Understand the different process groups and knowledge areas presented in the PMBOK®.
• Identify and map inputs and outputs of the PMBOK® Processes.
• Align your Project Management Knowledge with PMI® terminology and definitions.

Who should attend?

• Experienced Project Managers who plan to take the PMP® Exam. Participants should be aware of exam eligibility criteria established by PMI®.

Prerequisites:

• Participants are encouraged to read the complete PMBOK® prior to attending class to be ready for this exam preparation course.

• South Florida PMI Chapter Training Material
